Order and Shipment Confirmations
After you finish placing an order online, you will receive an order confirmation via email. You will receive a second update to the same email address confirming once your order is shipped. The email will also contain your shipment tracking number.
Upon placing an order, you'll also have the option to sign up for text message notifications on the order confirmation page should you wish to receive updates via text/SMS.
Don't see your order confirmation email? Be sure that you entered your email address correctly and check your spam folder. You can also log in to your registered account and visit the Order History tab to view your order status at any time.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated on the basis of order value and mode of shipping.
Orders received before noon IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day.
To cancel your order, send us an email to email@example.com with your order details and we'll cancel it promptly
Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfillment center.
Tracking Your Order
Your shipment confirmation email will contain your tracking number. You can also log in to your registered account and visit the Order History tab to view your order status and track your order at any time.
To ensure your complete satisfaction, you may return any order within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping and handling). If you wish to do so, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org
Some orders require that we receive the product before issuing a refund. In this case, we will arrange a pickup or issue you a return label to drop off the order for return. Please do not return an order without contacting customer service first as returns should be sent to our office, not our factory.
For international shipping, we work primarily with DHL/FedEx, EMS (India Post) and Air Mail to deliver our teas worldwide. Express service (DHL/FedEx) takes up to 5-8 working days for delivery, EMS Speed Post takes up to 30-45 working days for delivery & Air Mail takes up to 45-60 days for delivery.
For shipping to destinations within India, we primarily work with Bluedart. We use Fedex India, or EMS for Out of Delivery Areas (ODA).
